Monday's activities visiting the hospital

Each year we go to the local hospital to visit the new born section where we visit with the new mothers and their babies. It's an opportunity to share God's love by providing receiving blankets for the mothers to take their babies home in, versus in some cases wrapped in newspaper. Some of the receiving blankets this year were provided by the MBC VBS kids, where they learned about the Honduras mission trip while they were helping to make the receiving blankets. The conditions at the hospital are less than ideal, however this year there was a guided tour as opposed to in the past we could just walk around the hospital unchecked. Christi was required to put on a mask and gown to go into the prenatal unit, but she wasn't asked to wash her hands.
